Now They're Predicting 4 to 6 Inches of Snow on Friday in NYC

NOAA
Here we snow again:

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 6 AM Friday, March 20 through 2 AM Saturday, March 21.

The New York City Office of Emergency Management has also issued a travel advisory for Friday -- as has the Dept. of Sanitation (and the Holy Mothers of the Rosary).

Snow will begin Friday morning and will continue throughout the day.

OEM says it will begin to intensify in the afternoon with the heaviest snow expected to fall during the Friday evening rush. It will taper off late Friday evening.

A total of 4 to 6 inches is expected. So exercise caution and be prepared for limited visibility and slippery conditions.

According to NOAA, the high will be near 35. Wind chill values between 20 and 25.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 44. Wind chill values between 20 and 30.

Welcome to spring!
