Slow-Moving Love Lane Garage Parkers: Four Spaces Left at 85 Livingston

Customers of the now-closed 400-car Love Lane Garage in Brooklyn Heights who haven't found an alternate parking spot are, basically, screwed, according to a report in the Brooklyn Eagle. There's a waiting list at all the local garages, “And there’s not hardly a chance that even two of them will get a space because nobody gives up a space this time of year,” said a manager at the State Street garage.

But all is not lost -- the Eagle lists several potential garages that, though out of the Heights, are within walking distance, including the four spaces left at 85 Livingston Street.

More here.

There's something called the Parking Club somewhere in Cobble Hill. Might give that a try.
