Cotton Candy at P.S. 8 Paddlewheeler

Perfect weather Saturday for the Paddlewheeler festival at P.S. 8 in Brooklyn Heights. Spin art, bouncy rides, face painting and cotton candy made the day a hit for the younger generation.
