Get your zany art hat on:
FIGMENT New York is coming to Governors Island this weekend (June 9 and 10) and organizers say there will be over 200 participatory art projects, a bigger-than-ever-TreeHouse, an Interactive Scuplture Garden and of course the minigolf course.

We went to FIGMENT last year and it was a blast. Take the free ferry from Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Here are some things you can do at FIGMENT this year: Marry yourself; watch an epic Civil War theater piece; go for a bike ride wearing an inflatable costume; dress up and battle in kiddie pools with super soaked plush toys; belly dance; look through some of the world's most powerful microscopes; play a digital game of table tennis with your brainwaves ("Brain Pong"); play "Dagorhir" -- medieval style martial art with foam weapons; dive into packing foam, and much more.
Here is the whole list of the art projects.
