The Brooklyn Eagle reports that Be@Schermerhorn has a new tenant — Brooklyn Friends School — in its ground floor commercial space. The lease is signed and work has begun to transform the ground floor of 189 Schermerhorn St. into the "Family Center at Brooklyn Friends.”
Founded in 1867, the school is expanding its educational footprint in Downtown Brooklyn with the signing of this 15-year lease.
