Hate to say it, but told you so: the "deal" is illusory, there are no enforceable promises or guarantees in the "final agreement" and LICH will close and the employees will get laid off. The deal was baked a long time ago and this is now all for show. Expect the "winning bidder" to crumble and not get financing.
