A 31-year-old mentally handicapped black man wearing a black tank top and black sweat pants with a red stripe went missing Monday night / early Tuesday morning.
The man is 7 feet, 3 inches tall.
He was last seen at at 135 Street getting on the 2 or 3 train going south.
