According to NYC, there will be a fireworks display on Wards Island in Manhattan between the Hell Gate Bridge and the R.F.K Bridge on Tuesday. July 1 -- but only if the weather is inclement on Monday.
The fireworks display were set to go off at approximatey 9:15 PM.
