Three More 'Summer Screen' Nights To Go in McCarren Park

For six Wednesdays this summer The L Magazine and EPIX take over the ballfields at McCarren Park (Bedford and North 12th) to present Summer Screen, a night of music, food and drink, and movies.

Last Wednesday a crowd of nearly 4,000 enjoyed a showing of Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and watched live performances from Your Youth and Twin Sister before the show. Here's a video clip of Twin Sister's performance of "Spain," a new track off their upcoming album "In Heaven."

There are just two three Summer Screen nights left. Don't miss:

- August 3 – Listen to the music of Zambri, followed by the film Clueless
- August 10 – Jurassic Park (don't know the music yet)
- August 17 -- Yay! We just heard from Summer Screen that Wayne's World and The Yellow Dogs band will be playing.
