More Rats at Brooklyn Borough Hall

No, we're not talking about the judges who took over half of Columbus Park at Brooklyn Borough Hall, fenced it off and stationed armed guards around it so they could park their cars there.

We're talking about four-footed rats, not far from the judges new parking lot, scampering around the dumpster at rush hour this morning without a care in the world.

Thanks to Celia Clarke for the top photo.

Every night it's like Rat Town at Borough Hall. Especially around where the judges now park their cars. In the winter, you see little tracks of feet with long lines down the middle.

Just Curious, what time of day did you see the rats?

Does anyone know what's with the fencing off of the other end of Columbus Park, nearest to the Post Office, which I've observed the last couple of days 10/2 and 10/3)? A few cars were parked in the area as of 8:30 AM, but it was by no means full.

I scrolled down--never mind! Most audacious is that one doesn't even have access to the water fountain!

Michael - rats sighted 9 a.m. walking right between people's feet without them noticing.
