The Brooklyn career-thug who wounded a 2-year-old girl during a gunfight was murdered Saturday, less than two weeks after he was released from jail without bail.
The NY Post reports that despite 22 prior arrests and pending felony charges, Vincent Carmona, was set free without bail after he shot Jayleen Jones in front of her Coney Island home. He was freed without bail on the pending felony charges as well.
Wonder why some people are jailed for minor offenses while others, like this obvious menace to society, are given a pass?
