The victim of a brazen daylight shooting on Clark Street in Brooklyn Heights last night is in critical condition, Reports the Brooklyn Eagle. Both .40-caliber bullets were lodged in the victim’s spine, his left lung had collapsed and his spleen was removed.
Police confirmed the victim had about a dozen prior arrests. One witness said he saw two people flee the scene and jump into the waiting SUV. There were three perpetrators, according to the police report.
