According to Con Ed, 106 customers in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, are without power tonight. The affected area centers around Court Street and 4th Place. The outage started around midnight.
We also noticed a momentary power dip in Brooklyn Heights around 1 a.m.

Con Ed reports it's fixed the problem (2:30 a.m.).
