Bakery Coming to North Heights?

The Brooklyn Heights Blog apparently had the good timing to access the mysterious "Corner of Cranberry" Web site, currently down, and found out all about what gustatory sensation will replace the former Aficionada restaurant at the corner of Henry and Cranberry Streets in Brooklyn Heights. The new space will open in April, according to CornerOfCranberry (don't try this at home, kids), and it will be a bakery called The Busy Chef:

"Our bakery is ... brimming with a divine selection of moist cakes, fresh pastries, dreamy cookies, flaky pies and exquisite muffins. All made with all-natural ingredients and for special diet needs you'll find delicious choices low in fat, sugar and gluten-free."
