'Bridge Culture' International Fest at Brooklyn Bridge Park this Weekend

This Saturday, July 17, 4-6pm, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pier 1 will host Week 2 of a performance series called BRIDGE CULTURE: An International Festival of Music, Storytelling & Dance. This free series showcases communities from throughout New York City and cultures from around the world.

Saturday, July 17: INDIA
4:00pm - Pooja Makhijani: storytelling  
4:30pm - Dhoonya Dance: dance  
5:00pm - Suphala: music  

Saturday, July 24: RUSSIA
4:00pm - Mikhail Smirnov / Barynya: storytelling 
4:30pm - Brighton Ballet Theater Company: dance 
5:00pm - Ljova and the Kontraband: music 

Saturday, July 31: HAITI 
4:00pm - Jennifer Celestin / Haiti Cultural Exchange: storytelling  
4:30pm - Peniel Guerrier Dance Company: dance 
5:00pm - Buyu Ambroise and the Blues in Red Band: music

Note: In the event of rain, the festival will take place at the nearby Tobacco Warehouse.
